Every so often I stop and look at whatever piece I just finished, no matter how big or small, simple or complicated, and think, hmmmmm, this really reminds me of of someone. A lot of the time, the end result is that person ends up with the finsihed piece!
I find the "perfect fit" isn't always just about sizing. It's about color, style, character, and above all the soul of the piece and how it relates to the person it's worn by. In traditional Shinto religion, every object, no matter living or 'lifeless', has a soul. I value this idea and believe that while many things are material, they often hold meaning and purpose for an individual in a unique way. I hope you find soul in your perfect fit pieces. :) ~Maktub~
